PlaneSense to equip entire fleet with Gogo Galileo satellite Wi-Fi
PlaneSense will upgrade all 71 of its current Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft, plus all future deliveries, to Gogo Galileo satellite Wi-Fi.

PlaneSense will equip its entire fleet of Pilatus PC-12 turboprops and PC-24 jets with Gogo Galileo satellite Wi-Fi. The upgrade, announced on October 15, 2026, will cover all 71 current aircraft and all future deliveries, powered by the Eutelsat OneWeb low-earth orbit (LEO) network.
This marks a significant fleet-wide modernization for the fractional ownership provider. The current fleet consists of 51 PC-12 turboprops and 20 PC-24 jets. Future PC-24 jets will arrive with the Galileo system factory-installed through a program at Pilatus.
Installation timeline and technical details
Installation on the existing fleet of PC-24 jets will begin in late October 2026, coinciding with the delivery of the first new Galileo-equipped aircraft. Work on the PC-12 turboprop fleet will start the following month, in November 2026.
The system uses Gogo's compact HDX electronically steered antenna, manufactured by Hughes. This antenna is described as lightweight, aerodynamic, and well-sized for the smaller fuselage of the Pilatus fleet. PlaneSense expects the first PC-24 fitted with Gogo’s HDX antenna to arrive from the factory this month.
The Gogo Galileo platform is designed to be future-proof, with remote software update capability. PlaneSense plans to complete installation across its entire fleet by the end of 2027.
Leadership and partnership context
The move extends a two-decade relationship between PlaneSense and Gogo. George Antoniadis, President and CEO of PlaneSense, and Chris Moore, CEO of Gogo, highlighted the continued partnership. This upgrade builds on a prior fleet-wide modernization effort that began in 2018, focusing on Gogo's AVANCE L3 solution.
Gogo has historically positioned AVANCE as a platform supporting both satellite and terrestrial connectivity. The company has been a connectivity partner for business aviation for three decades.
Service capabilities and network advantages
Gogo Galileo leverages the Eutelsat OneWeb LEO constellation to deliver high-speed, low-latency broadband globally. The HDX terminal provides coverage both in the air and on the ground.
Rigorous testing confirmed the system can support multiple passengers streaming video, participating in video conferences, and using connected services simultaneously. Gogo provides a complete connectivity ecosystem, including onboard hardware, software, multi-orbit satellite links, service plans, and 24/7 multilingual customer support.
PlaneSense expects to complete installation across its entire fleet by the end of 2027.
